Preparing for Your Appointment
Preparing for your appointment can help us give you the best care during your visit. Here’s how to be prepared:
- Please arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment.
- Bring your ID and insurance cards. Any government-issued photo ID will work.
- Bring your copayment. Copayments, co-insurances, and outstanding balances are due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and most major credit cards.
Make a Secure Online Payment
If you have received a statement and wish to make a one-time online payment without signing in to Patient Portal, click on this link. You may also make a payment using the portal if you have an account.
We accept most major medical plans, but please check with your insurance carrier to make sure about your coverage.
Need to Reschedule?
In case you need to reschedule your appointment, please call the office at least 24 hours in advance or reschedule through the Patient Portal. Your appointment time is reserved for you, so if you don’t give us a 24 hours notice you will be charged a no-show/cancellation fee.
